For whatever was written previously was written for our instruction, that by endurance and by the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. St. Paul (Rom 15:4)
A product of 15 years of Catholic schooling, Mr. Eric Wolf is dedicated to sharing with others the riches of Sacred Scripture as seen through the eyes of the Catholic Church. He is a popular speaker on biblical teaching — Old Testament and New Testament — regarding Advent and Lent, family and marriage life, outreach, and social justice.
Mr. Wolf was an adjunct faculty member at Mount St. Mary’s School of Theology (the Athenaeum of Ohio) from 2006 to 2022. There he was an instructor of the Old Testament and the New Testament. He is knowledgeable in world and biblical history and correspondingly brings a sense of relationship and story to his presentations. He has taught parish Bible classes since 1999.
With his wife Linda, Eric lives in Hobe Sound, Florida; both enjoy bicycling, hiking, reading, SCUBA, and sailing, and are engaged members of St. Christopher parish. Eric’s most meaningful ministry is as lector of the Word at Sunday and daily Mass; he is also very active as a 4th degree Knight of Columbus.
